A cause for celebration - 'A forever family'
The approaching new year brings many reasons for celebration throughout the world. Here in the northern corner of Iowa the reason for Franklin and Jennifer Roth of Thompson and Allen Twait of rural Forest City to be joyful is the fact that their adoption of their new family members; 9 year-old Anna and 7 year-old Brandon has been finalized. It makes for a great start of the new year to have their long awaited adoption process come to a completion.
"One year and two months!" exclaimed Anna with an impish grin, in answer to how long she had been in Twait’s foster care. "Allen is very nice and he has a good sense of humor." To read the complete story check this week's Tribune.
